Experience with your data
What we collect from you
Name, contacts, CV, work experience, education, skills, desired position and salary expectations, and references you provide. Copies of documents (passport, tax number, diplomas) only at the stage of employment, as required by law.
How we use it
To match you with vacancies, arrange interviews and, with your consent, share your CV with a specific employer. We never send your CV to an employer without asking you first.
What we never do
We never charge candidates fees for job placement, never ask for payment to "reserve" a vacancy, and never keep your original documents. If someone asks you for money in our name, please tell us.
Client companies
Contacts of HR managers and representatives, company details, vacancy descriptions, contracts and invoices.
Agency and cleaning staff
For people we employ for temporary assignments or cleaning services: employment data required by labour and tax law, work schedules and timesheets, and site access arrangements agreed with the client.
Sharing and retention
- Employers — only CVs you agreed to share;
- tax and social insurance authorities — for our own employees;
- bank, accountant, IT and email providers; authorities by law.
CV database — 2 years from your last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Employment records — as required by law. Client contracts — as required by law.
This website uses no cookies or analytics. The contact form opens your own email app and stores nothing on our side. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
